I had a bad lunch and Im not happy! 900 calories were spent at a restaurant with my friends. What is my punishment???

  • take a nice walk (or any other form of exercise) try and make a healthy dinner, and do better tomorrow :)

    Workout and earn more for dinner. Then stick with chicken and veggies and you'll be good!

    Exercise for like an hour and you will be able to eat more for dinner :) This is what I do when it happens to me!
