I Don't Count Pickles

Options
So low in calories...
Yes, I know they're loaded with salt. Still. I need something I can eat that doesn't "count," and won't add 100s of calories.

Anyone else have something they don't count?

I don't count anything 5 calories or under, such as apiece of gum, crystal light, etc. But, I also set my goal 100 calories less than I should be eating to balance it out.

I don't usually enter spices (other than salt) unless I'm using the Recipe Builder.

I don't enter Crystal Light either, although I possibly should be as I drink a lot of it. Might have to change that.

"No calorie" sweetener, mustard, ketchup. I do count low fat mayo though becaust I like to use the full serving. Yummy on tomatoes! I wouldn't count pickles either, but I would count olives because they have fat.

I don't count most sauces on my food, as long as I know that it's not going to affect my fat/sugar numbers too badly. People probably think I eat plain cooked fish and such when they see my diary, but I cover that stuff in all sort of spices...just can't be bothered to add something that doesn't really matter to me right now.

I don't count celery or apples because they are negative calorie foods.

I somes don't count my Stevia, and some things like red pepper flakes or dried cilantro. I count everything else though because I am kinda OCD, heh.

i count everything except when i sprinkle on salt or pepper. unless i'm making a recipe on here, then i do include them. everything else, including herbal tea, goes on my diary.

I don't log anything labeled as calorie free (diet coke, spices, gum) nor do I log vitamins because that would deter me from taking them... lol

I don't usually count spices that I add to cooking. Or herbal teas.

The reason for counting pickles is the sodium. Try to balance that out by making sure you're getting plenty of potassium

I don't count condiments unless it's mayo or a high fat dressing (so mustard, ketchup, relish). If it's a slice of a tomatoe or a few pieces of lettuce on a sandwich it doesn't make the list either lol.

I do log my daily vitamin, but it comes up as zero calories. My fish oil supplements come up as 10 calories, and I log those as well.
I don't log my sun tea with truvia, and I don't count it as part of my water consumtion either
I do log in my pickles too, but as others said, for the sodium content.

I thought there was no such thing as negative calorie foods?
