    Successes/struggles this week: I did really well with staying under my calorie goal and getting more exercise. Slightly frustrated that I feel like only water weight went away, but it’s still just the first week! Just have to stay focused and keep doing the right things.

    Gained .5 pounds this past week feeling mad at myself.

    We went to the river walk all day Saturday walked around had county line for lunch then ice cream then by the time we came home it was late so we just picked up fast food for dinner. I could have made better choices on what to eat but I didn't not making excuses for myself but this week will be better I'll make sure of that. We r going to Sea World this Saturday so hoping I do better there. Wish me luck!

    Successes/struggles this week: I finally started to break through the plateau! It was exciting to see 229.6 on the scale this weekend. It's up a little today because I know I'm dehydrated and my muscles got a great workout during my first hot yoga class last night. I'll drink water like crazy today and it should go back down tomorrow. It's funny how the body works like that. My biggest struggle this week was getting back into running after injuring my hamstring a couple of weeks ago. It's still a little sore, but not painful and the doctor said I could continue running as long as it didn't cross into pain.

    Successes/struggles this week: I struggle with sugar. This week I gave up sugar and sweet treats, only had fresh fruit. I worked out 5 days. So this coming week I will eat less fruit and see how that works.

    Oh I'm so excited to find this thread!! I've been heavy for years and like everyone else have tried everything and had some success but it always came right back. I've realized that it has to be a lifestyle change and choice- so with MFP Diary and adding exercise I'm going to do just that!!

    I need friends to add me and encourage me and I will do the same in return-

    Successes/struggles this week: Restarted on 6/1. Glad to find you all here! New to MFP. Struggled with several features on this app (also, it doesn't sync w/iPad). Last night, I logged on and discovered everything had been mysteriously deleted. Thankfully, I could still see my entries on my Android phone. Spent 2 hours re-entering all data for the week. Grrr. Determination kept me going until I re-entered all data.

    I was dedicated and firmly stuck to my plan. MFP kept me on track and was very helpful. Lost 5 lbs. Yay! Hope everyone had a great week.

    Successes/struggles this week: So four pounds may seem like a lot in one week. However, I gained 14 pounds on a 10 day vacation in May, so I think I'm just taking off those pounds. I'll be happy just to get back to where I was pre-vacay.

    Successes/struggles this week: Started Focus T25 on the 1st and loving it so far, but was disappointed that I didn't lose more than 1 lb....my average has been 2-3 lbs per week....I've lost a total of 36 lbs since March 2, 2015.

    Successes/struggles this week: Managed to keep to smaller portions and didn't grab food late at night even when I still felt a little hungry. I've had an insanely busy week with almost no time to do anything for myself, so I didn't meal prep or spend any time in the gym. It's going to be another very busy week trying to get my house back in order, but I'm going to try very hard to at least get small workouts in at home if I don't have the time for a full gym workout!
