    Stuggles: Oh, I struggled! Awful cravings/mood swings/withdrawal without any junk food. Ben n' Jerry's just came out with a new flavor that speaks to my soul. :tongue: I held out!
    Successes I was 190.2 at some points of this week! I had a big dinner last night, so it didn't reflect this morning.

    Successes/struggles this week: Successes-drinking lots of water & green tea, eating more veggies and fruits. Struggles-junk food and overeating. I have a hard time turning down treats if they are around, and I eat larger portions than I should.

    Successes/struggles this week: Weekend! Had a housewarming party (for us) and a birthday party (for a friend) and I just wasn't motivated to stay on track. So I way overdid it. And I retain water like a BEAST every time I have salty or high carb foods. Was down to 184.4 at points this week, but after my weekend... Eek! Weigh-ins being on Monday this month are brutal, but maybe I can use it to motivate me to stay on track this weekend!

    Successes/struggles this week: I've worked out a lot. Sadly the husband decided we should have pizza night last night and while I was down for the week I was up from where I had been. Therefore lots of water for me today. I did comparison shots though and I'm looking leaner and trimmer so I'm happy

    Successes/struggles this week: Under 150! Was period week, so dropped 2 pounds from that ending, and another pound. I think I'll hit my goal. :smile: Ran my second 5k distance ever, and did my first sub-11 minute mile (10:40).

    Successes/struggles this week: This week was a big success for me, but I also worked really hard at it. I tracked everything I ate and made sure that I was right under my calorie allotment BEFORE exercise. I walk an hour a day most every day but this week I also added in 4 days of cycling for 30 minutes. Next week might not be as impressive, but this is motivation to continue. I haven't been able to drop under 150 in a long time, so finally getting there feels amazing! I've also been keeping my measurements and this week I lost 2.5 inches total from my waist and hips. It's great to have such a supportive community. It's helped a lot!

    Struggles: I've been really unmotivated again this week. I try to log well and eat right but then I can't keep a grip on my cravings at night time. I'm disappointed in myself but I will keep going and push myself. I was 128.4 earlier in the week but it is TOM for me but I feel like I can't make that an excuse.

    Successes: I just started Insanity, so idk if I'm going to see as much of a drop on the scale as I will in terms of inches.

    We went to the river walk all day Saturday walked around had county line for lunch then ice cream then by the time we came home it was late so we just picked up fast food for dinner. I could have made better choices on what to eat but I didn't not making excuses for myself but this week will be better I'll make sure of that. We r going to Sea World this Saturday so hoping I do better there. Wish me luck!

    Successes/struggles this week: I finally started to break through the plateau! It was exciting to see 229.6 on the scale this weekend. It's up a little today because I know I'm dehydrated and my muscles got a great workout during my first hot yoga class last night. I'll drink water like crazy today and it should go back down tomorrow. It's funny how the body works like that. My biggest struggle this week was getting back into running after injuring my hamstring a couple of weeks ago. It's still a little sore, but not painful and the doctor said I could continue running as long as it didn't cross into pain.

    Oh I'm so excited to find this thread!! I've been heavy for years and like everyone else have tried everything and had some success but it always came right back. I've realized that it has to be a lifestyle change and choice- so with MFP Diary and adding exercise I'm going to do just that!!

    I need friends to add me and encourage me and I will do the same in return-

    "We can do anything we want to do, if we want to bad enough---- and if we don't want to, we just make an excuse!!" No more excuses for me--- I'm in this 100% !!!! Who is with me!!!!??????!!!!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Restarted on 6/1. Glad to find you all here! New to MFP. Struggled with several features on this app (also, it doesn't sync w/iPad). Last night, I logged on and discovered everything had been mysteriously deleted. Thankfully, I could still see my entries on my Android phone. Spent 2 hours re-entering all data for the week. Grrr. Determination kept me going until I re-entered all data.

    I was dedicated and firmly stuck to my plan. MFP kept me on track and was very helpful. Lost 5 lbs. Yay! Hope everyone had a great week.
