  • I've done a repeat day on day one and the repeat was easier than the first time I did it... visited my folks for the weekend and was unable to do day two ( I knew I forgot to pack something.. work out stuff DUH). and I repeated day one today to get back on track. Woo for C25k!

  • The sugar your body gets from fruit is processed differently from the pre processed sugar you will get in a lot of other foods.
