I think it was just over use. so I took about 2 weeks off and then started with a mile and every few days I went up 1/2 mile. good luck, hope yours feels okay!

Well, for me it depends on how long my run is going to be. if I'm just running 3 or 4 miles I will eat after. but if I'm doing anything much longer than that I will normally have a piece of toast with peanut butter (or something else small) and a glass of OJ... that will help me get through the run. ETA: I do drink coffee…

I ran 5 miles today -- longest run since I hurt my ankle last month -- and NO PAIN! It was a great (NEW) run, I really enjoyed it! :flowerforyou: Going to try for 6 on Friday.... Hope everyone is having a great day!

:laugh: :laugh: :laugh: I weigh myself about 10 times a day (not an exageration...) but I dont worry about the fluctuations, the only number I really worry about is the weigh-in first thing in the morning. the others are just me and my OCD!

I agree with the 1lb burger, so it may be a little lower than you think.... BUT - Salsa on a hamburger sounds really yummy, I may have to try that out!!! :flowerforyou:

chicken fajitas no sour cream or cheese. I normally allow myself 1 tortilla, and then just eat the rest with a fork!

Wow, thats so sad. I'm so scared to ride on busy roads, there's only one place I'll ride my bike and on weekends, I only get passed by maybe 3 or 4 cars. prayers being said for all involved.

I normally get the chicken fajitas w/o cheese, sour cream, or tortilias or the guiltless salmon but I always bust my calories when I go there b/c of the chips and salsa and margaritas!

I had a Vanilla Muscle Milk Light right after my workout and then about an hour later I had: 2 hard boiled eggs 1 piece of wheat toast Berries & Cream Yogurt Coffee w/ Half n Half and splenda :flowerforyou:

I ran 2 miles today!!!!!!! :love: :drinker: may not sound like much, but I hurt my ankle a few weeks ago, took about 2 weeks off, and started back slow....saturday I ran about mile, monday about 1.5, today about 2....and no pain!!! Friday I'm planning on 3 (ish) :drinker: :heart: Happy Running!
