I always get the grilled fish sandwich at hooters - plain, and normally dont eat the bun. I also get the fried pickles - they arent healthy but OH.SO.GOOD.

Ha! I havent been on my bike in about 6 months.. I'm training for a marathon so all I've been doing is running. I went to a spin class last night and realized how much I missed it, so I might try and ride some more!

my favorite way to prepare it (when its not cold outside) is on the grill, cut them up in slices, add little Pam or EVOO Garlic Salt and Red Pepper. If it's too cold outside, I'll make it the same way but bake it..
