No idea! I havent made it since I've been counting haha. It shouldnt be too bad i'd think. Should be easy to figure out by finding the cal count of potatoes, beans, tortillas and pesto (mostly the cheese). the amount of onion or spices and basil for pesto probably isnt enough to fuss about. It depends how much your'e averaging. I'm averaging about 1 1/2 lb per day....so....seeing that daily is a motivator and proof that my calorie deficit is mostly on par with that loss. (a reached deficit of 3500= 1lb of stored fat burned). if your'e averaging 2 pounds a week or less i definitely would NOT weigh every day.…

I think that a counter like the MFP counter takes into account your current weight were as many (especially non industrial) ellipticals do not. I know that mine says around 200 or so for a half hour when MFP says its over 400
