I confess that when my husband asked me this morning how many beers I had last night, I replied with "one". He said "that's weird, you still smell like alcohol." I agreed it was weird, and just neglected to tell him that I also opened a bottle of wine last night, and had to sneak it into the recycling this morning. It's…

Yogi Bear and the Park Ranger? Fred Flinstone and Barney Rubble? (Barney doesn't wear a tie, but I'm sure people would get the reference)

That's too funny! I keep telling my man I am gonna hire someone for him. He is the one who can't get enough...seriously. He gets it twice a day most days but would be happier with more. There is no keeping up with him even if I wanted to. I often wonder if its because I never get the chance to want it. Before I can even…

This reminds me of my son too. Every nightafter reading a book and turning out the light I tell him "I love you, good night". He responds with "bye baby" because I used to tell him "good night baby".

My son is also 2. We have a 7 month old dog named Angus that his dad takes to work with him every day (he is in construction). Every morning on our way to daycare, he tells me "Daddy and *kitten* au at wouk" (are, work) yes, he calls our dog *kitten*. I also love that anytime someone coughs or sneezes he asks them if they…

I was with my fiance for 5 years before getting engaged. I was married once before and we were together for 3 years before getting married (there was no actual proposal).

So, is natural protein (not a powder) just as effective?

I just take leftovers from dinner the night before. Just make sure you make enough so that you have some to take (assuming you have access to a microwave).

I was 27 when I had my now 2-1/2 year old son. I would have probably waited another couple of years, but his father is 11 years older than I am, and wanted to get started before he felt too old. We both make decent money and bought our first home shortly after our son was born. I'm glad I didn't wait though, I absolutely…

It's the 30 Day Shred. It's about a 25-30 minute workout from warm-up to cool-down. You don't have to do it every day. It does recommend that you do it everyday for 6 days/week with 1 rest day. The program recommends that you begin at level 1 and move on to levels 2 and 3 after 10 days on each level. You can begin on…

I have been doing both for the past couple of weeks. I do the C25K on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday and do the 30DS Saturday thru Thursday. I would not recommend doing them back to back, but instead carving out two separate times to workout during the day. Generally, I like to do the C25K at my lunch break on a trail…

I am glad that I am not the only one feeling this way! I too, have not been eating as well as I should or working out like I should. I am hoping that I find my motivation soon and wish you the best of luck as well! We can do this!

I'm in. I have been doing pretty good this week, and hopefully this will keep me on track! My cut-off time will be 8:00pm M-F, 10pm S & S I want to stop snacking after dinner, and we eat between 7:00 and 8:00 usually, sometimes later, although it's not likely it will be after 8pm.

Thank you for posting this! I had begun running and then stopped, but have recently began picking it up again. This is just what I needed to read to keep me on the right track!

This is the day before we got our pup Angus from a local rescue organization: And, this was just a couple of days ago at 5 months old. He is so patient with our 2 year old: We also have two cats Jasmine and Milky. Jasmine is about 10 years old. We got her from a friend who rescued her from the shelter about 5 years ago.…

And, what ever happened to living within your means? I have never owned a vehicle that cost me over $4500. There is nothing written in stone that you need to have $40k to put down on a house. We purchased ours for $230k and only put down $10k, so if it is your goal to put down more than is required, than that is your own…

My fiance is bald. He started balding when he was in his early 20's, and he is now 41. I think a bald(ing) man can be very sexy!
