  • My son is a year and a half and does the same thing sometimes and we also use regular Huggies. Have you tried to limit liquids before bed? I have had to stop giving him milk/water at least an hour prior to bed and put a new diaper on right before laying him down. Hope this helps.

  • In my experience, it took my body quite some time to adjust to the amount of water I was drinking. Eventually, though, it did get used to it, and now I drink right around 100 ounces a day and I probably go every couple of hours.
  • I usually opt for a nutrition bar. Generally I stick to protein bars, but am going to make the switch to high fiber/protein bars. Previous to MFP, I lost 20 lbs. and am just getting back into it, so I am still trying to figure what works best for me this time around :)
