I was getting blisters under my toes from running until I got some running socks. I can't remember what they're made out of, but it's not cotton. I got them at a specialty running store and I haven't gotten a blister since!

I still log every single day and have no intention of stopping. I actually enjoy logging and I like to get my macros just where I want them. I like pre-planning my day and the sense of control I feel. I think it's been the single most helpful tool in the course of my weight loss.

Kyli - describes a random person who steals your french fries. no matter where you are, if you buy french fries a kyli will surely find you and grab a few fries on the way by. guy 1) hey dude what happened to your fries!! guy 2) crap a stupid kyli must have grabbed them while i wasnt looking! HAHA!

Yay! Fantastic job!!! I'm a recent C25K grad and discovered I love running! I've signed up for as many races as I could this summer. It's such an amazing feeling to cross that finish line! Congrats and keep up the awesome work! :)

I just recently got an armband for my iPhone and I LOVE it! I was skeptical at first and figured it would annoy the crap out of me, but I forget that I even have it on! Mine is called yurbuds IronMan series and I got it from Best Buy.

Yes! I've googled this before but I can't remember the reason behind it. As long as I'm eating something after the apple though, I'm okay. I used to eat a peanut butter sandwich and an apple for lunch at work every day and I would eat the apple first, then the peanut butter sandwich.
