Thank you! I followed Hal Higdon's Novice 1 training plan. I actually trained for a half marathon back in October of last year, but injured my knee on my last long training run & spent the next 3 months doing physical therapy. Thanks, guys! I started out just walking and went from being sedentary to getting an active job. Then, I started doing Jillian Michaels dvd's (30DS, RI30, & 6W6P), completed the C25K running program, and trained for a half marathon.

I'm going to be from the 80's! Black off the shoulder top that says, "I love the 80's!" in neon letters, hot pink skirt, bright turquoise leg warmers, neon orange fishnet gloves, lots of plastic jewelry, and I'm going to crimp my hair and put it into a side ponytail. I'm currently fundraising for an organization called Running for Rescues ( http://www.runningforrescues.org/index.html ). I think it's a great idea and combines two of my favorite things, running and helping animals. So far I've raised $595 and I have until my half marathon on October 20th to raise more! I'm pretty excited…

I can't believe how much thinner my fingers have gotten. My ring size has gone from a size 7 to a size 5.5. And, my boobs. They're in sad, sad shape. lol

I take a multi vitamin, although it's probably not really necessary through the week because I generally eat pretty healthy. I also take an Omega 3-6-9 supplement. It's good for your skin, hair, circulatory & respiratory systems, brain, and joints.
