Great job, all of you!
I'm 5'5, started out at at least 215 three years ago, now around 153-155 and working down towards 135-140ish (I think) - all these pictures makes me just want to work harder to make it, too!
Thank you for sharing! :flowerforyou:0 -

5'4'' I'm about 138. I'm currently looking to tone a lot more. I wear a size 5/6 pant. I haven't done any special diets or anything. Just been working my butt off and trying to remember, everything in moderation.
Started almost 300. Not sure of the exact weight here, but it was my heaviest.
Current weight of 138.
wow! amazing!!0 -
I still have about 40lbs to go, but I figured I would post my progress so far. I am 5'3
at 235 my heaviest
today (9/24/12) at 164
The red dress was my high school prom dress. I finally can fit in it again.
Took another picture so I could see the change better since I seem to lose weight pretty evenly off my body.
Here is the same sweatshirt.

I am 5' 3", 47 yrs old, and as of this morning I am 6.8 lbs. shy of my goal of 135 lbs. I have logged my food every day, and don't deny myself anything, but because I log, I do make better choices. If I eat something that is not great, I make sure that it still fits within my day's calorie allowance, and I use a BodyMedia Fit Armband to adjust my daily intake to be a deficit of 700-1000 calories of what I burn in a 24 hour period. Started logging August 1st, and haven't looked back! I Zumba 3-6x's a week, and admit to needing to add Strength Training very SOON!

You look great! What type of workouts do you do?I'm 5'4 and my current weight is 171, size 12. Prior to being pregnant, I was extremely active and weighed around 165 lbs. When I delivered my son I was up to 237 lbs in May 2011. I got more serious about working out and tracking my calories in December 2011 (fluctuating weight between 195-205) size 16/18 and while it is still a struggle on a daily basis - MFP has helped tremendously and makes me aware of what I am eating. I eat out frequently but always try to get a workout in! I would have never imagined I would post pictures until I was reading through success stories on here the other night and realized how motivating they are. If I can help motivate one person, it is worth it! My goal weight is 160 which is larger than most 5'4 builds but I feel that it will be a maintainable weight for me without depriving myself.0

WOW! I can't believe how amazing everyone looks!! You guys are so inspiring. I'm 5'3 and at 160 currently. Really want to get to 135-140 and get toned like some of you lovely ladies! I just recently realized that I need to lift heavy weights and eat more. I've put my body into starvation mode - and plateau central - eating 1200 calories a day and spinning 2-3x a week plus! No wonder I haven't lost a pound ! So I have bookmarked this page, will take a photo of me for the 'before' and hope to post my 'after' photo very soon. Thank you all of you for sharing your success with me.0

Before/In Progress! (apologies for the slight revealingness of the progress photo...only one i had handy when i made this.)
Currently, I'm right at about 5'5 and weigh approximately 129-131 lbs (I tend to fluctuate throughout the week). I started in June at around 150 lbs. My goal is to try to knock off about 10 more pounds and get to an even 120. I could not have done it without this site. (i'm always open to people adding me to keep me motivated so by all means do so!)
