My goal by Labor Day, well for me it was before work starts back up in September as I work in a school was to be under 240. I had a rough start this month so it may not be obtainable 😕 but I will try my hardest to reach it! CW-253, so 14lbs to lose in 6 weeks!

Personally I had lost 100lbs, I would go up a few and down a few less for about a year, then I needed knee reconstruction and that really made me lose motivation and ability to work out. Just as I was getting close to my low weight I broke my foot and was NWB for 3 months which really made my weight jump up.. no exercise…

I ruptured my acl, mcl, and ripped my meniscus in half. He was able to save the meniscus instead of clipping it, but he seemed very concerned about the stitches not holding properly. I went to pt until they told me to stop, and did everything the way they told me. I was cleared to "normal activity", but at the same time…
