Happy to read I'm not the only one with hip soreness. It isn't horrible but is a reminder that I've started something new. I will start doing more stretches and see how that helps. Thanks!

I'm at 47.3 for the month. I haven't decided if I'm going to run today or not. Yesterday's run was a new (and challenging) route so my legs are sore. Either way, 47.3 miles for the month is a personal best so I'm pretty pleased.

I'm at 34.85 miles in September. Not bad...still shooting for 50!

I'm in! I've been using a map app so I thought I had hit 50 miles in a month already but the numbers don't lie. I'm at 7.5 so far in September. This summer I did my first two 5k runs and have a 4.5 mile cross-country run the first weekend of November.

Having read your question and quite a few of the responses, I have to say "Yes!!! Go for it!" I had wanted to try Zumba for quite some time but lacked coordination. The gyms around me didn't have the class and I didn't want to drive that far and pay for the classes. I had a treadmill, some videos, and some weights at home…
