Just get thin crust and do whatever you want from there. Don't let people make you feel guilty for wanting a damn pizza. No one said you had to eat the whole thing, so I don't think you're going to destroy your progress just by having a treat.

Ooh nice finds! I have just accepted that I'm drinking the calories, and it is worth it. Nothing better than guiltlessly enjoying my wine. Some people eat chocolate or ice cream for treats, I choose a nice White. :)

I'm 5'2" can I still play?!? My original goal was 118, but I got done to 116 last summer and looked nasty. I think about 121-122 is about perfect.....soooooo close!

I'm the same way. It happens even when I'm just in the sun for fun, not just working out. The only solution? Limit your exposure and make sure you're hydrated BEFORE you enter the heat. Even tylenol can't do much for you, really water is your best bet besides limiting your outside time

Are you doing cardio on your full body days, too? If not, I'd consider adding it. It would make those days a big longer, but I think totally worth it in terms of fat burn, endurance, and cardiovascular health in general. Two days of lifting is plenty, if you're doing that high of weight. You may find that doing lower…
