Do you get a reaction to them like I do? Every time I eat or drink something with artificial sweetners I feel down and not myself, dr says it's a chemical reaction and to avoid them.

At first I had this problem and learned eating healthy things high in calories helped. Things like nuts or peanut butter as snacks. I still have issues trying to get over 1200 calories but if I see that after lunch I still have too many calories I will eat a little bit of a larger snack.

I usualy just buy the sunday paper which ends up saving me more than the $2 it costs. Plus our walmart here wont allow printed coupons :( and it has horrible produce. I shop at HEB (texas) and it has great produce and I liek their meats.
