I've started this in the past, but only got to day 2. Now how long are you supposed to do day 1. Do you do it for 10 days and then move up? And is it really safe to do this video daily? Wouldn't your body need to rest or recover to see results.

I thought it was more of building muscle under fat. I definitely notice this in my thighs, in fact I feel like they are getting bigger but it' s b/c they are wobbly. All I can do is keep trucking and do more squats

It's one thing to weigh yourself every 5 days, but to measure.. not good. Most advice says to do it monthly. because nothing changes that quickly. Also it could be something as where you placed the measuring tape on your hips. Don't do this to yourself.

I do the same thing! Almond milk and 1-2 splendas. I try to stay away from dairy hence the almond milk. Soy milk makes it more creamy. And for a splurge, a soy latte... yum. I stay away from the creamers, mainly because i drink my coffee cold, the powdered ones don't mix at all
