  • The days leading up to it are the worse for me as well. I crave french fries and chocolate like no other and I want to do nothing but sleep. During my actual period, it's not so bad. I don't crave as much and I working out makes me feel better (although it's actually working out that's the problem because of the…

  • This is the most depressed I've been over a celebrity death. Not to mention, he was marrying Lea Michele in a few weeks. I can only imagine how heartbroken she is :(
  • I'm 24 I tend to end up with really skinny men. It's not on purpose, it just seems to happen. My boyfriend is actually way underweight and can eat all the junkfood he wants. He can't really bulk up (and believe me, he's tried. All the gym time in the world paired with a good diet of lots of protein builds him muscle, but…
  • Just be very aware of the sodium levels on those. I used to eat those as well but then I realized they were a big part of a lot of bloating.
  • This. It also comes in different varieties and serving packets (even though that's the more expensive way to go, it's good for portion control.)
  • I think I'm one of the lucky ones. My boyfriend is actually really supportive of me and I believe he'd love every bit of me, even if I weighed twice the amount I do now. This morning I was feeling pretty discouraged about my plateau and he knows how frustrated I was. I told him I didn't even feel like working out because I…
  • Feel free to add me <3 I'm more of a gamer kind of geek than anything else (especially PC games and more specifically, MMORPGs). I'd rather stay at home and play video games with my boyfriend than go out on a Friday night and I subscribe to Hulu Plus specifically for the Anime. :P
  • Usually 200-300 calories. My boyfriend brings me home a 240 breakfast sandwich which contains a good amount of protein and grains that generally keeps me full for a good while as well as a big cup of coffee with a little cream. Otherwise I'll have a Chobani Greek Yogurt with the coffee.
  • More or less a vegetarian, although I don't make it a point to be. I don't mind eating meat I just can't remember the last time I had it. I mostly eat eggs, almonds, and other stuff for my protein.
  • And the award for best post today goes to...
  • I always have a cup of 24 oz (strong) Wawa Hazelnut coffee in the morning with some non-dairy creamer and a little sweetener. Most of the time I end up having another during the day at work but I can't go a day without coffee without ending up with a headache so I don't feel the need to stop drinking coffee anytime soon.
  • I should mention that I have trouble with acid reflux about once or twice a month that I didn't have until after my removal (about three years ago, now). That goes away with Prevacid, though.
  • When I had Gallstones, it was really hard for me to eat anything fattening, fried, or dairy until my Gallbladder was removed. Once it was removed, I was literally afraid to have any of these things for a few weeks, and was very very careful. It only took about two weeks for me to start eating normally again and I was…
  • I keep hearing about Tone It Up quite a bit from my Tumblr, Instagram, and the beauty gurus I watch on YouTube. You pay 150$ one time and they send you a giant book of meal plans, unlimited access to their member's area, grocery lists, and how to incorporate their fitness videos into your daily routine. Of course most of…
  • The only yogurt I'll eat is Greek! The texture of normal yogurt just makes me sick, so I was never able to eat it. But ever since I discovered Greek yogurt it's pretty much become my daily staple. I absolutely love the new flavors Oikos has come out with - ESPECIALLY the Toasted Coconut Vanilla. And Chobani's new mixes…
  • The other day, one of my friends commented on my Facebook saying that I looked like a completely different person. I couldn't see how until now. Image on the right is from two days ago. :]
  • I'm 23 :) Feel free to add me.
  • It's definitely not true. You can earn a sweat point just by waving your arm - pretty sure that doesn't burn 4.2 calories. <3 people and their false information. :drinker:

  • This is my post taken from a previous topic on the same matter (edited a bit): "I had my gallbladder removed March two years ago. In order to talk about the diet I was on post-surgery, I feel the need to explain a little bit about what happened pre-surgery. About a year before I had my surgery, I had my first "attack." I…
  • I just bought a Wii two days ago and I have to say it's been one of the best decisions I've made recently. I bought Just Dance 3 and Zumba 2 and neither feel like a "work"out, but by the end I'm absolutely drenched in sweat! I love it :)

  • You look fantastic! Mind sharing what you've been eating/doing to look so great? :)
  • I log everything except for gum :)
  • Buster Hollywood (that was the avenue's name)
  • I'm in! I used to do the Walking At Home videos all the time and I really enjoyed them. I think I'll go for 40 miles. :)
  • I guess I'm not a huge fan of the fruit-at-the-bottom Greek yogurts (or any yogurt of that type). I could probably live off of Vanilla Oikos. I prefer that over ice cream, to be honest o_o That and plain with a tablespoon of honey drizzled over the top. I tried strawberry Oikos the other day and something about me eating…
  • I laughed for a good five minutes. If I leave my tongue ring out for more than 10 minutes, it's not a fun time getting it back in. It closes up extremely fast.
  • Pierce it. One thing about getting it pierced though: There's only a handful of people out of the hundreds who do it who can simply eat whatever they wish the first few days of getting it pierced. The two times I've had mine done, my tongue was incredibly swollen and I pretty much was on a liquid diet both times I got it…
  • Meat is starting to gross me out in all of it's entirety (in before someone makes a bad joke out of that). Seriously though, working at Wal-Mart as a cashier and having to scan raw packages of meat? That alone is starting to make me sick. I'm not really so much against it as I am trying to cut most of it out of my diet. I…
  • Apples. More specifically, red apples (plain red and delicious works. I cannot stand green and everything else is just too sweet for me). I could probably live off apples and be happy. Bananas are lovely as well. And avocados. Huge fan of broccoli, cauliflower, and peas. I pretty much like just about any fruit and any…
