I've already started Ripped in 30, but would love to join. I'll do level 2 day one today. So far, I like it better than 30 day shred- not one jumping jack so far- I'm sure there will be a set of them somewhere. I've just joined the group

Thanks for your inspirational post and congratulations on your success! You look great! I love that you showed yourself now and then in the same clothes- that really drove the point home. I'm 4'10" and have struggled with weight for a long time. This was very inspirational to me. Thanks again.

I'm game.

I did L1D7 today and added the first circuit of level 2 for a little variety. I'm alternating days of shred with c25k-some days I can do both but often not b/c of time, family, and work obligations. I'm looking forward to lvl 2 for a change and can't wait to hear from those of you who've started. Double jump ropes in lvl…

Did L1D6 very early this am. It sure wakes you up. I love the side lunges, but hate the jump rope. I'm thinking about adding a circuit from level2 for the next several days since I getting used to this level. It may ease me into level 2 before fully engaging in it.

I did L1d5 today. schedule too crazy yesterday to do it. I counted 112 jumping jacks w/out even including the first round in the warm up!

Thanks for suggestions. Quite often I eat WASA crackers and laughing cow. I'm going to try the quesadilla snacks today and others later.

The first time I tried 30DS I had the same problem and then abandoned it in level 2. This time when I started I eased myself into the exercise-like the modifications mentioned above. I also only did one round of the strength on occasion or didn't squat for a round. I didn't count those workouts in my 30 days but allowed my…

Just finished L1D4. I did C25K before 30DS and noticed the cardio was a little harder in 30DS tonight. I think my body was a little tired.

I've noticed this as well. I think Anita should be doing the harder moves. It seems she and Jillian are discussing that at the very beginning. I've heard that there's less "cheating" from our role models in Ripped in 30. I hope to try that after completing 30DS

Completed Lvl1D3 today. Jumping jacks getting better and able to squat a little lower

I'll join all of you. I just got back from vacation but had done a week or so of 30DS before I left. I'll start back up today. I've had to slowly increase weights due to a shoulder injury and eased myself into the full workout b/c of earlier abandoned attempts due to extremely sore thighs. By the end of one week I was able…

what an amazing accomplishment and great story! Congratulations! I need to choose a mountain to climb myself. Thanks for the inspiration.

The South Beach Diet Supercharged book and Kalyn's kitchen blog http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com both have good low carb recipes.

I'm suffering from plantar fascitis (sp) right now, too. Of course, I had just started c25k and JM 30DS. For the time being I've switched to walking (but have to alternate days), 30DS I do with modified cardio- marching and boxing. I'm going to try biking right now. Although swimming sounds great I've had problems with…

Edamame beans are a great snack (unless you're allergic to soy, too) They are high in protein.

I'm 4"10" and recently joined MFP- haven't even uploaded a pic yet. I'm 128 and would like to get to 113-115. 109 (my wedding weight) would be fantastic for my 50th bday in Feb. A few years ago I lost from 143 to 113 and felt great- kept it off for a year and then it started creeping back up. Please feel free to friend me.

I'm glad I found this group. I'm new to MFP and still setting up my profile. I'm 4"10" and have been allotted the bare bones 1200 calories. Currently, I'm 128 and trying to get back to 110-115. I've had success with WW and South Beach a couple of years ago, but weight crept back on a year later. I realize lots of exercise…

All your stories are inspirational! My husband and I have just started C25k. We both plan to do this at our own pace and repeat days/weeks if needed. I look forward to posting our success story in a few months.

I've used Pillsbury's thin crust dough. i know it's not the healthiest, but comes closest to the thin crust my family likes.
