I don't really like biking, although I'll go to a spin class occasionally... and I actually haven't swum in a while because I hate how awful I am (I used to be a lifeguard/swim instructor...now I am legitimately awful)... but I'm running my second half marathon in under a month!

My idea of looking pretty at the gym is remembering to take off the eyeliner under my eyes. I can't wear my hair down when I work out, eat, or work (at my job). My hair is pretty much only down when I'm trying to impress someone lol

I agree. If it's stressing you out, stop focusing so much on macros. Calories are priority, macros are guidelines.

I don't know what it is with good mornings, but I can't really feel them, but I can't up the weights. I think maybe I should do them with dumbbells instead of a barbell so balancing the bar and feeling like I'm gonna fall at the bottom are out of the equation?

The way I do them, it's a full body curl, bend at the knee, even push up onto toes to get calf involvement. Sway for the hip flexors... It's not much for biceps though, I have to do kipping pullups for those.

I think people have a wrong definition of skinny jeans.. I think they are flattering on any shape of fit or nearly fit. In fact, I think they look better if you have an *kitten* than if you don't. The problem for me is finding ones that fit in the legs and butt, but don't have inches of extra space in the waist.

I don't like to overestimate my burns, so if I were you, I'd probably only log it as 1 million cals. I know it's an underestimate, but you can never be too careful.

Neither is very good. They don't go through your whole body, so are thrown off by storage patterns and super sensitive to hydration
