I have been thinking the same thing today... I was told to up my water intake that since I am working out so much I need more water than normal... I know I am bad on water so I am going to make a conscious effort the next few days to drink a ton and see if that works. It is worth a try! (preparing myself to pee all day)

I juice almost every morning when I have time... It takes about 15 mins to prep, juice, and clean the machine so I would keep that in mind. I will usually grab 3-4 carrots, 3-4 stalks of celery, cucumber... beet if I have it... and an apple. I will randomly add in vegetables that I have in the fridge too. I do not use…

They all take a little getting used to... When I first started eating it I would put granola in... now I can eat it plain no prob (no granola)!

Make a list of quick ways to burn 100 calories (i.e. 10 mins of jumping jacks)... then if all else fails you can just do something from the list and get some kind of workout in!

I have done this before... eaten poorly and decided to call it a loss for MFP for the day/week. I am trying to get myself to not do this but it is very easy to put your head in the sand sometimes!

Yes! It got worse after each kid too! As I lose weight though and exercise regularly I notice it lessening.

So last night we got home late from soccer practice and the kids wanted Chef Boyardee raviolis... this "no pasta/bread" thing sucks! I wanted to steal a bit so bad! I didn't though so I am pretty proud of my will power!

For this week I will give up breads and pasta's... For burning 300 calories that should be easy! I will add in 10 pushups a night though since I am pretty bad about those!

I have the same problem! I do great for a week or two then make one mistake and say to the hell with it! I know a lot of people say to just make the next meal a great one and move forward... so I am trying to just let myself make a mistake and let it be ok. I am also going to try and add some more people on here to help…
