I love spaghetti Squash with butter and some brown sugar. Or just by itself. It's more of a dessert for me than a meal. It's sweet. Tried using it as noodles for spaghetti and it was disgusting.

No sugar added fudge-cicles. It kills my chocolate craving pretty effectively. If its particularly strong I will pop a Hershey kiss too. Good chocolate to have on hand..hard to go OTT on a Hershey kiss.

I used 1 tbsp of apple sauce instead of oil and OH MY GOODNESS. That was the most delightful thing I have eaten dieting or not. THANK YOU FOR POSTING OH SO MUCH! That was not only yummy (I also spritzed parkay on it) but it was sooooo filling! MMMMMMMMM. It satisfied my bread craving perfectly!

I agree that WW is great, but the zero foods were misleading. Technically if you eat 10 "0" point items, you are ignoring all of those calories and in the long run. It made weight loss hard for me. With MFP I track everything including sugars and sodium which are are very important for sustained weight loss.

I love that rush when you get off of a treadmill or bike. You kinda feel like you are going to fall but you don't. I also love the boost in energy you get when you eat healthy and exercise. But the best one is when I triumph over the chocolate cravings with yummy juicy pear slices.
