I don't have a standard step aerobic thingie. I do have a flight of stairs but I'd rather be at a place where I can watch TV and keep walking. Any suggestions for a standard household item I can use?

I did, in fact, do my bike ride last night. (had to burn off the milkshake I had last night). Monday- 10.7 miles Tuesday- 10.7 miles Overall: 21.4 miles 0 airplanes overall. I'll start those tonight since I'm going to be away from my bike tonight.

4 miles in 73 minutes today. Up to 14.6 miles so far. Don't know if I'll have the juice to go for the same bike ride later today or if I'll get to airplanes tonight either. :/

Thanks, it was just such a nice night for a bike ride. walkjogrun,net is a good free website to figure out how long trails are since it just links up with Google Earth. I was honestly surprised that the route I went on was that long. Good work to everyone else :)

Just looked at the route I just biked after work on walkjogrun.net. My route was 6.7 miles on my bike. Combined with the 4 miles walking I can post 10.7 miles for the first day. I'll need to do some yoga to catch up tomorrow ;)

Off to a good start. Put in 4 miles at various speeds on my treadmill. Apparently it is uphill to this base since my treadmill is set at a four degree incline. I hope to do some poses and more miles after work.

Good way to start off my Monday since I weigh in Mondays. I skipped my last weigh-in due to vacation and despite being on vacation I lost 3 pounds in 2 week which is exactly on my target track for weight loss. Walking will start happening once I get some food in my house again, heh.

Nifty, looks like I'm in. Fortunately I have my new treadmill which I've been breaking in plus I built a table to use my laptop on it. Internet + walking = fitness :p So to 100% the walking you need to walk 25 miles between Sunday August 21 and Sunday August 28? And to 100% the airplane poses you need to do 40 in a week?
