  • Fresh strawberries (5 berries = 20 cal) with half of a serving of Light and Fit vanilla yogurt on it (3oz = 40 cal). (Optional: Sometimes I sprinkle on some ground flax seed for the omega-3 and it has hardly any flavor... a hint of granola-y taste perhaps..) Peaches also work well instead of strawberries.
  • Me too. I love the elliptical though, so much better than any other machine. I do try to mix it up a bit and varying the incline and intensity seems to help.
  • Don't do anything drastic for at least 6 months. I had the same thing after I lost 35 pounds, but the skin eventually caught up with the weight loss and they looked normal again. It took a while though. I would put lots of moisturizer and take in nutrition that is good for the skin like vitamin E.
