Wow you guys sound like you are doing great. I have been riding my bike and loving every minute of it. I actually met my exercise goal for the week and I am so happy. I feel like I accomplished something I set out to do and it feels great. I'm still with you guys!!!

I have to agree with the sodium intake. I just noticed mine today and wow!! that's alot of salt. I have to drink lots of water to flush that out. Will be tying to find way to do that.
