  • Great workout...the ab coaster sounds evil! Don't let the scale discourage you, all of your efforts will pay off in the long run especially cardiovascularly. I haven't seen the scale budge in a month, but I know I'm healthier - I feel better and I have more stamina. The scale will eventually submit!

  • I posted a recipe (EDIT: on page 7 of this topic) that uses the full fat cream cheese and the egg yolks. :) It has more calories, but tastes much better!
  • no pancake mix, only the ingredients listed. :) The more you whip the egg whites, the fluffier the pancakes.
  • it's okay, we all blow it once in a while. Just don't let it ruin your whole day...eat right the rest of the day and try and work off those extra carbs. Taking ownership is a good thing!

  • yes, I try to keep my net carbs below 75. I try to get the majority of my carbs from fruits, veg , beans etc. Adding lots of fiber. I will have the occasional low carb or corn tortilla, but try to stay away from processed foods as much as possible. feel free to add me
  • I do agree with you on UFC trainer. We bought it before Your Shape 2012. I like your shape much better, but hubby likes to keep UFC for variety. I'll probably not be using UFC much now. (plus I got mad when it wouldn't count the pushups I could barely do)
