I also want to pass on hugs and sympathies to those of you that have had miscarriages or are trying to have a baby. ❤️

Thank you ladies for all the posts. I'm glad I'm not the only one with PCOS that worked out and watched every bite and didn't lose weight. I kind of gave up this winter and ended up gaining 30 lbs. I'm at my heaviest and hate the way I feel. I'm back to watching my carbs and getting back into my work out routine. This…

Hello everyone, My name is Tracy and I have been battling PCOS for about 20 years. Last year I went off all of my meds including birth control and I haven't noticed that much of a difference and my TOM is pretty regular (roughly every other month). I still battle with the facial hair and acne, but I was battling that on…

I'm in! so my number of workouts for the month of November will be 15 (45 min minimum for each workout) It will consist of Zumba, C5K, and Stair Running. I've been lazy for the last few months and have got to get back to my workout regimen, I know that 15 workouts seem pretty low, but I have a tendency to overdo things…

I love reading these responses and the different answers given by men and women. I'll just put this out there: My husband started out as just a friend .... .... until I kissed him!

Wow, this is such a great idea. I know I'm late, but I'd love to join. Can you add me to the group? I plan to do 15 work outs from now until Nov 18th. (20min+ for each workout)

Ditto the others on using Quinoa for breakfast. When fresh peaches are in season, I cook them then just before they are done I add chopped peaches, a little cream and cinnamon. delish!

did you ever find this? I'm checking into these DVDs now, but would prefer to have it on my ipad rather than on dvds

I just picked some up at CVS "natures Bounty High Potency Cinnamon (2000 mg Cinnamon + 400 mcg Chromium Picolinate)" I just started taking these the other day. I'm starting out with just taking 2 pills twice a day with meals and I'll see how it works.

I also feel your pain, but don't get discouraged that the scale doesn't budge. Keep up with the workouts and focus on eating properly. If you are feeling lethargic too often, your calories may be set too low. I upped my calories to about 1750-1800 and I eat back most of my exercise calories. I gained a couple of lbs the…

I've got a pixie cut and love it. I'm a little over 200 lbs 5'6" but I have a oval face. I've been told by many folks it makes me look slimmer and it brings out my eyes. This picture is okay, but doesn't do the cut justice. My thought is this, it's just hair, if you don't like it it'll grow back. As someone else said...…

That is exactly how I feel. Yay!!! I finally completed 30DS an I definitely feel shredded! And I feel a great sense of accomplishment having finished what I've started. It wasn't easy and there were many days I wanted to quit, but I didn't! I am now stronger, leaner and ready for the next challenge! Thanks to my husband…

I wish Metformin worked for me, I was on up to 2000 mg 2x/ day and nothing. I'm off all meds now and doing this the hard way. The weight is coming off VERY slowly, but it's coming off. Just keep up with your exercise, watch your carbs and don't give up! Listen to your body. Think about how much better you feel without the…

Not huge results in weight or inches, but drastic changes in my endurance. I'm also startingo to run on the treadmill and I can run at a 5 mph pace for a full 2 min. I've never benn able to do that. I have PCOS, so for me, the weight comes off slowly, but it's coming off.

Yes, it is ABSOLUTELY possible, I'm proof...I just finished the entire 30 days today. I am 5'6" and started the program at 220 lbs. I moved on to each level after 10 days without a break in between. I also added additional 30 - 45 minutes of cardio to this program, because I feel I need the cardio as well. I used light…

Make sure you are feeding your body as well. You really need the fuel for this workout. I will usually eat a small protien bar or have 1/2 of a protein shake about 30min to 1 hour before. I also drink water with a little orange juice or recovery powder in it, and a recovery drink after. (The trainer at my gym suggests skim…

You can absolutely modify it for your knees. Don't jump as high on the jumping jacks or you can even try jogging lightly in place and doing the arm movements. The best advice Jillian gives is to learn to land softly. It took me a while to do this - and I HAD to learn to do this because we live in an apartment and have…

Hi Everyone Just finished Day 4 of Level 3 - Day 4 of each level is always the hardest for me, glad to have pushed through it already. So far, I haven't lost any lbs, I'll take some measurements at the end. I have noticed that my endurance level has increased and I have more energy for my other work outs (Zumba, stairs,…

The only thing I'll add to this is start slowly with the minimalist shoes, should you decide to go that way. You will use your muscles differently and you'll need to strenghten the muscles in your feet. This is where most folks go wrong and get injured and add to the "bad press" of barefoot running. I always had problems…

That's awesome Fontinathefox! Great work. I just did day 2 level 3 this morning...whew! What a great workout, my thighs are KILLING me. I can do the first walking planks (elbows to hands) on my toes, then the 2nd set I have to do most of them on my knees. But I shall push through it and make it to the end! Only 8 days left…

Congrats on the progress Lucmama! I start day 1 level 3 tomorrow....watched a preview this evening, and it looks tough, but definitely doable!! Good luck everyone and keep at it!
-
Microfiber: Congrats! You are looking great! I start level 3 on Monday. I'm definitely feeling stronger and I can feel the difference in my stamina. Can't wait to see what my before and after look like

Good evening Ladies, Stay focused and don't give into temptation, think of how hard you work at it all week, don't blow it on the weekend! Don't let your weekend become your weakness! :flowerforyou:

Okay..so I'm going to give you a lecture... DONT CHECK YOUR WEIGHT EVERYDAY!!! When working your muscles, they do hold onto water. I can't say this enough..drink water, lots of water. You need to hydrate your body so it can recover. I'm on day 6 of Level 2 and I haven't really lost any weight, but I just measured…

It depends on how active you were before you started. But don't worry, your legs won't always be really sore. Usually by day 4 you'll notice your legs getting stronger and they shouldn't be as sore and stiff. Make sure you are stretching more than what Jillian has you do and drink PLENTY of water both before and after your…
