Great job on Kempo. I just finished my first week of P90x and did the Kempo yesterday. Man are my shoulders and back sore! It will take me a while to get the coordination down on some of those punch combos...I almost hit myself in the face too. And as hard as I was punching, I might have knocked myself out! :laugh:

Yep happens to me too. Ditto what others have said, I get up, get a large glass of water. I usually add a little bit of lemon or no cal flavoring to my water, which helps. Chewing gum also works. Then if in about 30min or and hour I'm still hungry, I look for something healthy: nuts, apple, banana etc. I hate boredom…

Count me in! My husband and I just started it yesterday. We are getting up at 4:45 am to do it before work each day. We are both doing 45 min of cardio everyday during lunch as well. Definitely feeling the abs today from yesterday's ab ripper x!
