Hi, I'm Diana and I am a teacher, starting back his week (in-services this week, kids next week), somewhat terrified that I'll fall off the exercise wagon after a healthful summer. So, I am glad to have this group to keep me motivated!

I did it! Does anyone know if it's critical to do the sets consecutively, or can they be done at different times throughout the day with the same results?

I have been delinquent in replying that I have completed the squats in this group-- but I am doing them-- feeling strong! I have a question, though. Is it necessary to do the sets consecutively? For example, when there are 4 sets, can I do 2 sets and then 20 minutes later, do the other 2 sets? Or is that cheating?

I'm hungry all the time, too, even eating the calories I burn exercising. And I don't seem to be losing any weight, which causes me to get mad and then sabotage myself with a day or so of bad eating. Sound familiar, anyone?
