Hello Amie! I started losing as well then started gaining it back, but because I stopped working out and loaded up on the caffeine. I'm trying to do much better now though. Keep up the good work, you can do it!

30 lbs lost by September 6th? I freakin' wish I could do that. I'll try but I doubt I can make it. I'm getting married on October 29th though so that's a challenge I am willing to take on.

I think it's recommended once a month but I used to once a week and I definitely noticed results. So that's why I did it so often. But that was back before I had my second child. Ughh.. here we go again.

We're pretty similar. I'm 27, also a SAHM, and I also have two children. One is 3 and the other will be 1 in eight days. My biggest was 176, I'm at 163 right now. I haven't logged in for like a month. I'm back now though! Since my weight keeps spirling up and down I changed my previous starting weight to what my biggest keeps going up to. So now I am back down a bit and doing a lot better. What happened to this group? Did I miss the name? Is anyone else posting anywhere???

Snacking after dinner is a HUGE problem for me. But lately I have been doing pretty good with the little exception of a very small slither of a piece of banana cream pie. Doing better though. I like this Challenge!!
