I love food. And have only been doing this for 5 weeks. I have been eating around 1400-1600 Cals a day when I don't work out and 1600-1800 cals on days a workout. This has been myself all week! I've been trying to lose weight for 5 weeks now. The first four I didn't do any real work outs.I lost 7 lbs. I stick with sugar free creamers and I do flavored coffee. I add no sugar just creamer sometimes a sugar free syrup like vanilla or hazelnut. :) I love coffee! My breakfast is coffee then about a hour later I'll eat a small breakfast.

Hi, Im Amber. Im 27 and live on the east side of town. I am once again trying to lose weight. However this time and I actual plan to get active. I just ordered some skates so I can start skating again and I want to start hiking as well.

I have been with my husband since I was in High School. We both were very fit people. Until his accident. Now we both have lost muscle but only I have gained weight. Sadly I'm the Fatty. Not for long so I hope! I enjoy have a man bigger than me.

Welcome! I love this site too! It is truly surprising the amount of cals I would easily consume in one day. Hubby still does. I asked him if he knew he drinks over 1000 cals a day in coke. Of course he is super skinny, but it will catch up one day!

Cauliflower pizza!!! Even my 4 yr old loves it. My favorite it mix with other veggies, evoo, seasonings and seal it in tin foil and grill.
