  • Accountant or military officer maybe, appreciates a sparse and utilitarian approach to life.
  • Each person needs their own requirements relative to their activity levels. I find I can eat 1400 or 1300, not feel deprived and get all my nutrients, I'm way over the RDAs on most things. Though whilst I exercise I work seated unfortunately, if I worked an active job I'd eat more. I eat a lot of vegetables and foods high…
  • Happy to have a few more friends if anyone needs more feel free to add me.
  • Add me if you want, I'm happy to have a few more friends on here.
  • I've lost plenty before on low carb without calorie counting at all, though I kept my portions sensible. I couldn't maintain it though, so this time I'm giving calorie counting a go as I don't have to give up bread, which I'm quite partial too.
  • It definitely gets easier if you stick with it. For me it was a bit about developing the right kind of strength to hold the poses, more than a problem with co-ordination. Though I've done it for a long time now it's hard to remember the beginning, it's really rewarding in the long term though. Stick with it and you'll get…
  • Toast and butter, though I'm pretty partial to a curry and chips (fries for you Americans) too.
  • If you have any pain in the lower back whilst doing sit-ups stop doing them, you really don't want a prolapsed disc. • Thats amazing! what an achievement.
  • I weight every day, I find it helpful, despite the myth that says it's counterproductive, I've read evidence that suggests it helps with weight loss. Though I'm only interested in the long term trend. Wearing clothes though I'm not bothered about exact accuracy, my scales are terrible anyway.
  • Yeah we've only just started really, just got the basic gun and sword upgrades you get early on, the rest look pretty difficult to get. In a clan just with my buddies, so not even got the base going properly yet. We'll see how it' goes as we keep playing it. We've been switching between this and Planetside 2 over the last…
  • I like playing the co-op games with my pals, we've been working through the user made missions on Left4Dead 2 though now we're playing a bit of Warframe. It's ok but not great.
  • I think you can do a lot of it cheaply. I workout at home every morning, evening and I walk. My diet is mostly vegetarian so it's very cheap, lots of beans and this kind of stuff. I don't really use a meal plan or anything though, though I've done ok before I started on here, just eating similar meals most of the time.
  • Relaxation.
  • It's an interesting thread thanks. I was wondering if anyone had an informed opinion about saccharin, as I prefer it's flavour to aspartame. I assume it's safe from what I've seen, and I'll probably keep consuming it in my coffee regardless, though I'm curious. I believe It was involved in another rat cancer scare, though…
