I do RI30 with some friends at work. I have been at it a while. Its been a hard routine so dont get down on urself. Just keep it up. It wil get easier. I promise. Good Luck, Jax :)

I highly suggest getting Ripped in 30. Its the same 3 - 2- 1 program just as Shred. But I found the routine more challenging and gets me in better shape. Plus there is 4 levels instead of 3

Feeling like you are falling off the wagon is normal. Just start over and recommit to your goals. Dont beat your self up over a slip up. The guilt is not worth it. And just by you logging back on to this website is a great sign. Good luck, keep going :) :) From - Jaxnjosh
