Yes, Im having trouble. Mfp did an update and ever since then it takes longer for my food to show up across multiple platforms and my exercise doesnt sync. I have been logging it in manually

For hair loss, I take the Nature Made hair and nails gummies with biotin. Its not a miracle cure all, but after about a month, I noticed my nails and hair were growing a bit faster. Hope this helps

I get pains in my lower stomach, any type of jumping makes it painful, but not as bad as the OP's. I try to eat light on those days so it puts less pressure on my stomach. I hope this helps. Good luck, I hope you find relief

Hey Ninerbuff, If you like FF, listen to "The Truth Serum Podcast", Those guys are my friends and they do a great job ranking positions, sleeper picks, start em, sit em etc. and they are hysterical too.

Look up MillionaireHoy on youtube. He has loads of free cardio no equipment workouts. Lots of different lengths of workouts too. Its all free

Wonderful question bumping for responses. I have a pinched nerve and I cannot work out for 3 weeks. Im afraid that i will gain weight back and lose motivation. All of your responses are so helpful. Thank you :)

There is an app called workout trainer by skimble. Download it. Its free and there are tons of bodyweight exercises you can do. It really pushes you. I use the app whenever I travel

yesterday, 60 minute of circuit training (skiable app). Hurt my back doing something else. Walking today for an hour for rest. Hopefully, tomorrow back at it :)
