I usually oft for tandoori chicken or tikka, but not with sauce, and salad.

I think you've set yourself a really tough target, and maybe you haven't realised you've got christmas bang in the middle of it! I agree with other replies but recognise why you want to do it. If you halved the weight target but worked on the fitness, toning yourself, you can do it.

I do try! More chance of doing a proper walk at weekends but try to pop out at lunchtime when I can. Does running around after 13 s e n kids all day count?

I'd say sedentary too. But I'd add it to my daily exercise diary and I'd add the gym work too. But I wouldn't eat the calories from the walk.

Took my class to a Chinese buffet, and only had a pot of tea. I wasn't even tempted! ;-))

I take multibionta probiotic vitamin tablet daily, the probiotics actually make it into your gut, the ones in yoghurt drinks get destroyed by stomach acids (so I've read anyhow). I've got crohns disease and am tons healthier with my vitamins.

Roast it, v hot oven, no need to peel. Just chop it up and pop into a tray for half an hour, add some chopped rosemary or thyme, lovely. Leftovers make fab soup , pop into some stock and whizz up.

Try a bigger breakfast, porridge fruit or something filling, add fruit or veg as snacks, less sugary food and more fresh stuff, it's filling and better for you.

Body wrap is when you go to a clinic/ beautician and they wrap you in kinda cling film with oils and unctions then make you sweat a lot!

You burn calories by just being alive, breathing moving etc, use the tools to find out how many. So you need that many calories to start with, it's much healthier to ' eat your calories' than to starve your body of the calories you need to exist. Can you get him swimming? It would be kind to his knees and give him a good work out. Fast walking should make his heart rate go up.

I'm new too, and am 54 . Made a mistake already by miscalculating my weight in lbs! So it looks like i' ve lost way more than I have. I like this app alot .

It's really difficult to stay on track , but you've done amazingly well so far. Pop a photo of the old you, and one of the new you on the cake tin/ fridge to remind yourself what a star you are, and how well you've done. Keep going, well done.
