The sun comes creeping in my window as it rises, about 4:40 this week and wakes me. I know it’s the natural wake to wake but I would like longer. I’m going to invest in an eye mask.

Found settling down to sleep really difficult last night. I was in bed for 10:30 , reviewed my day and read my book (The Magic). That got me thinking about my life goals, I eventually nodded off at near midnight. Woke up at 5:20 and have been awake since then. Getting up now, 6:25.

I've resubmitted and committed myself. Feel a bit 'born again'!

I'm going to tidy my kitchen before i make my cup of tea after dinner, and I'm going to put the washing away instead of letting it pile up in the bedroom. (yes I know that's 2!) Tidier house and happier/healthier me. Win win. :)

Some excellent ideas.

I regularly share the FB page, I'll look out for the twitter page too.

And you are such an inspiration :)

Trampolining is fun. But weather here not really being that friendly. I have started to use 'tiny habits' to help tweak my way out of some bad ones.
-
I've walked to the cinema and back, so that added4.5 miles.

Working - getting a lunchtime walk Not working - evening activity, but that's because I've had an enormous workload. Changes I can make? Tidy my workroom and allocate my time more effectively. Time to start some new ' tiny habits'.

I have no problems moving around in the day, its evening paperwork and TV times that I struggle with, and a husband who moans if I'm 'fidgetting' as he calls it. I'll be interested in how other people keep on the move in the evenings.........

Makes my soul sing when i'm outside, rain or sun, warm or cold.

I'll tidy my work room. Gotta do it sometime!

Stressful day, wild weather = wild pupils, so had a relaxing and very funny sing with the staff choir

Fill the form, moved more at school, tried last night, failed, will try again tonight....back on that bucking horse!

I'm going for a walk ever lunchtime, with a colleague if I can, or alone. And I've got the 7 app on my iPad, I'm going to do 7 minutes every day.

Dancing while kneading bread, taking the stairs not the lift, trying to do squats while I cleaned my teeth!

I've been on my feet most of the day, except .... Working at the computer this afternoon, so instead of of popping things in pigeon holes, I walked around school and distributed them personally. I went to the theatre this evening. I sat down and enjoyed myself. Balance in all things.

I spent lunch time on dinner duty, patrolling the hall, and went for a quiet walk in my tea break.

I love cauliflower rice and have it regularly. If I'm serving it with Chinese food i add some 5 spice powder and grated ginger. For curry i add some coriander and cummin seeds to the pan I'm dry frying the cauliflower in. I use courgette ribbons too, insted of past when i have meatballs.

Left over roast chicken, homemade coleslaw, mushroom couscous and mixed leaf salad.

Make lots of MFP friends:happy: , they really motivate you, and not just ones from your own age group, mix it up, go international, its interesting too. Weigh your food to start off with, its so easy to guess, and be wildly out. After a week or two you know your portion sizes. DONT weigh yourself every day, you'll…

Theres quite alot of talk about cutting out wheat/grains to help reduce your belly. Not cutting out carbs obviously that is bad, but not getting them from bread, pasta and other grain based foods. I havent tried it, but have 2 friends who have and it certainly slimmed their bellies down. just a thought.

I'm new to running too, and find if I run in the morning , before breakfast i really struggle. So this Saturday I ran about 10 am, and hour and a half after breakfast, and managed my fastest mile so far. And today i tried a protein drink 20 mins before running (this was pre breakfast) and found that i felt better then too.…

Yet another JM fan! But i also like Fitnessblender, its online (so free) and offers all sorts of workouts-long /short with equipment or without, whole body or targetted areas. I like to run youtube music in the background to get the groove going. Whatever you choose, have fun.

 I've just restarted week 2, i was annoyed that i had to pay for week 3 etc so stopped. How silly, I missed it. Tried to continue on my own but lacked the focus. So, I've paid my £1.99 and start week 2 again on Saturday. I'm slowly becoming addicted. I run Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, and do Jillian Michael dvds…

You can do it and have chosen a good site to support you. Drink lots of water, eat real food in smaller portions ( a smaller plate helps) and add in a bit of extra exercise. Logging food is really motivating, if you are honest. It makes you accountable to yourself but gives you control and sense of achievement.

Depends what I'm serving it with .......
