I'm with you! I'm so tired of being told I'm sexy I want to LOOK sexy! When I weighed myself a month ago I wanted to cry when I saw I weighed 287 highest I've ever weighed! I'm done with that I want/NEED to see the numbers go lower!! And they are! YAY...

When you feel a binge coming on, brush your teeth! Seriously it helps! You get that toothpaste heavy mint in your mouth and NO ONE likes to eat or drink flavored stuff, after they've brushed hteir teeth!

I had sodium overload last week, and I drank lots and lots of water, took almost a week but my weight finally dropped! All I can suggest is lots and lots of water if you think it is sodium overload related! It works! Thank God! And don't quit, get back on the wagon so to speak, you CAN do it!!

I signed up a couple months ago to lose 20 lbs! I think its an awesome way to turn our weight loss into food in some less fortunate people's tummies!

Sounds to me like it was definitely lack of calories, low blood sugar will definitely cause a person to blackout or faint! Got to be careful!!

Right now my goal is to lose 104 lbs...but ideally I want to lose 134 that'll put me at my healthy weight BMI speaking! I've lost 7lbs in about 2.5 weeks! We can do this!

I haven't lost a lot of weight yet (and I stress the word YET) I just started 3 weeks ago! But when I look in the mirror I see changes, I've majorly increased how much water I drink and my skin is sooo much healthier! I can't wait to see the results of my weight loss on my body!

I figure we all have times when we totally blow our diet routine, maybe not that bad, but hey, its sa new day! A completely clean slate to get back on track! Don't stress over it to much and don't let it make you quit! You're doing great! Keep going!!
