My goal weight is 145-150. I don't want to be smaller than a size 8. I tend to look sickly if I get smaller than that. Good luck on your journey!

I took it a couple of years ago & lost 35 lbs. Once you quit taking it your appetite comes back with a vengeance! I actually went to Dr about a month ago & took phentermine for a week & then weaned myself off. You can't just quit taking all of a sudden. I decided while I had success the side effects just weren't worth it…

I usually will have a tablespoon of marshmallow cream. 2 tablespoons is only 40 calories. Its so sweet I can't eat but one tablespoon. Its also so sweet it makes you not want anything sweet for a while.

Yes being able to log both food & exercise is great! For the first time I don't feel like I'm dieting but it's made me so aware of calories & food choices. The support here is awesome!

I went through a chubby phase as a young child & the pounds just disappeared. I was thin in High School and was able to eat anything and everything.
