Biggest loser chocolate protein powder. doesn't seem like much when you make it(I make it hot because it doesn't disolve well cold without a blender). It's 50 calories for 1 scoop and takes the hunger away. Also try drinking water. Hunger pangs can be dehydration related as well. Also coffee works.

I usually stay within 1300-1500 calories and 1-2 days a week I let myself get up over 2000(not counting work out calories which I average 800-1000 per workout day 4-5 times per week). Like the saying goes, "Everything in moderation". It's a hell of a lot better than eating the king size snickers bar that i used to eat 2-3 times a day and has fewer calories. Diet Dr. Pepper is my favorite too! Enjoy.

I used to do cardio classes 2-3 times a week and do a biggest loser work out 3-4 times a week when I'm not at the gym. Recently I've been walking 4-5 days a week to get ready for a 5k in the spring.

My top weight range says 189 but I'm planning on being around 200 which would put me at over weight. Beats the hell out of 340. I'm just going to let how I feel dictate my weight.
