just keep a positive attitude towards it.. I am down 20lbs but not a pant size.. I find things are fitting and looking better so I wonder how bad they looked before! Hahah. It's a little discouraging but it's definitely because most of my weight is in my waistline.. yay.. Anyway, I know eventually the weight will go away as it has in my legs.. *fingers crossed*

welcome! i would say the best thing to do is be honest with yourself. i used to justify the not so healthy things i ate and that has landed me in a not so great place health wise. just make sure you log everything and work towards making healthy choices.. this site has been really helpful in showing what you actually eat..…

I agree. take a break if you feel like you need one. it may be your body telling you it needs the break. maybe start an every-other-day schedule? your head AND your body will work out a schedule =)
