  • I am down 20lbs but not a pant size.. I find things are fitting and looking better so I wonder how bad they looked before! Hahah.   • I agree. take a break if you feel like you need one. it may be your body telling you it needs the break. maybe start an every-other-day schedule? your head AND your body will work out a schedule =)
