no not an altlete just have a LOT to lose. the diet is from a dr but you are only on it for 6 weeks because of the cholesterol. the purpose is to get rid of sugar in your body. because you arent supposed to have artificial sweetener either. i can use stevia though. like i said i am almost to the point of adding veggies…

i do have a lot to lose. my calorie goal is 2650 set to lose 2 lbs a week. i am stuffed at eating the calories i do eat. as far as a scale i have yet to find one that will weigh me. right now all i eat are meat, eggs and cheese. and will be working in veggies in a few weeks.
