  • I took yesterday and today off for rest! yesterday was my rest day, but today with all the exercising and sweating ive done all week, my thighs have chafed to the point i cannot stand to do 30ds today :( but it gives me a even bigger push to do this ! ( smaller thighs perhaps haha )
