  • Another good day of choices of eating. When will that scale move?
  • Yesterday carbs were at 19%, was shooting for 15%. Pretty pleased because for the past week I have been around 30% carbs. Just need to get it down a little bit more.

  • Yesterday 56 oz of water - way shy of the 75 oz goal.
  • Jun 1 - Goal is 150 lbs or less by end of month. Currently at 156. Also going to focus on drinking more water. Where I live the temperatures get up to the 90s and 100s during the summer. I just don't drink enough. Goal is 75 oz of water a day.
  • Ended the month poorly. Too many nights eating out. The goal was to try to get out of the 150's but instead ended at 156.8. I know what I need to do and what works . . . so buckling down for June! I will be out of the 150's!
  • Really have slipped up the last few days. Way too many carbs and I am feeling it today. Getting back on track and knowing that it is not worth it to cheat with the sweets.

  • Been good this week and the scale is down to 153.4 Tonight celebrating DS Bday. Going out for sushi tonight.
  • 154.4 today. Weekend pretty decent. Hoping to get out of the 150s by end of month.
  • Today is arm workout with cardio 2.4 miles. My dog is way too friendly she has to visit with everyone we pass and they love her. I try to make sure we don't pass people so I can get a decent workout done.
  • Yesterday leg workout and 4 mile walk. Today's schedule is run with the dog - translation super fast walk for 3 miles.
  • Yesterday was not pretty. Reached for the nutella and a spoon. So not good, but today determined to stay good. Scale is 154 so somewhat happy with that measure.
  • Good morning! Happy Monday. Cooling temperatures here. Scale at 154.6 Weekend is usually where I eat too much but I managed to keep eating under control and had a 4 mile walk on Sunday. Today is Cardio. This weeks goal is to establish a better sleep routine.
  • Getting back into an exercise routine. Worked legs yesterday and sore today - but a good sore. Today is arms and cardio. The dog will be excited to get out to see some squirrels.

  • Been lying around since Saturday due to kidney stone. Still have not passed the darn thing, but pain is soooo much better. Hoping to get a little bit of walking in today and of course tons of water. So glad this did not happen on vacation.

  • Feel like I am passing a kidney stone. I have passed one before and this feels the same. No fun.
  • Down another lb to 155.4 Vacation weight almost off. I really struggle with drinking water. Here I thought I always drank a lot. Now that I am tracking I see that I don't. In the morning I always do well it is in the afternoon I have to remember to drink water.

  • Over 18,000 steps yesterday and my body felt every one. When I got home still managed to cook dinner even after DD offered to treat for dinner. I knew if I didn't cook I would not make the right food choices. Last night was a bacon spinach omelet. Was very good and the scale this morning was 154.2!
  • Yesterday DD went grocery shopping with me. Bad idea. I will let her pick one snack for her for the week and some how part of her snack ends up in my stomach. Got to work on that.
  • Yesterday ate very good. Carbs were under 100 (99 ha). Scale this morning down to 154.6 happy camper here.
  • Yesterday was ok.:/ Could of been better but still trying to rein in those cravings at night. Had a hand full of peanut m&ms but still manage to stay with in calories. Scale is staying steady @ 156.2 for the pass 3 days.
