2 pm and I have eaten all my calories for the day. That is with taking the dog on a 3 mile walk. One in-n-out meal took all the calories. Hamburger, fries, and a shake. ugg:(

@jugar you made me laugh! Had not considered training the dog to bark when opening frig but not a bad idea and doable. The dog is trained to speak. You certainly gave me a mental image so maybe I won't have the dog ratting me out.

Yesterday stayed indoors so did not get a workout. Did go to the mall and walked around indoors w/grandsons. Air quality should be better today but not much. DS is up in northern Calif fighting fires. Garden is totally out of control. @jugar you inspire me!

PW: 179.8 CW: 180 2 lousy days of eating last week - got as high as 181.2 so I am very pleased with 180 was hoping to at least get back to 179.8. but oh well. Been increasing my activity since I am not very good at resisting food. Last night walked over 3 miles just so I could eat those cheesecake squares.
