Weigh in day Wed PW 176.4 CW 177 I ended February badly so even though weight gain I have managed to get going again in the right direction. Next week will be better.

Good morning Monday! Boy last week I just gave up:(. Threw caution to the wind and boy does the scale show it. Can gain weight overnight but to undo the damage takes days. But up and going again. :)

Wed weigh in PW: 175.8 CW: 177.6 Nothing to say. Two days ago weighed in at 175.4 Up and down, up and down...Presistence and discipline - not sure I have either one right now, but new day so maybe presistence in not giving up. At least that is something.

A hot shower is like my morning cup of coffee. (I don't drink coffee.) Glad you got it figured out so quickly! Sounds like you had a great day (besides the heartburn)! Keep it up.

If you wear some type of device like a Fitbit it will calculate the calorie burn and when it syncs it will automatically adjust your calories. I still log the exercise so I can see what my heart rate was during the exercise. (It will ask for the time you started the exercise and for how long)

Been gone over the weekend. Really tried hard but those road trips kill me! 9 hours in the car just driving. I thought I did pretty good. Went up 2 lbs but thank goodness today is not my weigh in day!
