@Micki48 Steps 11/20 9,805 Still working on that afternoon plan. I tend to sit down and relax when I need to push myself into action. When I sit down I eat. So the goal is to take a break with a quick walk around the block, not sit down at the computer. I live in So California so I have the nice weather (no snow :wink: )

The morning I start out great and than by the afternoon I just about grab anything that looks good or is simple. The only thing saving me is the steps and water. I seem to do ok in those areas.…

@Micki48 Would love to join the step challenge even though coming in 1/2 in the month. 11/13 Steps 10,096 Hit water goal and step goal but way over calories yesterday. New day today.

Weigh in day - Wed PW: 176 CW: 175.4 Pleased that was a loss. Monday had lunch and dinner out. Over calorie count but not by too much so great win! Plan: 10,000 steps, 80 or more oz of water, and within calorie allowance. The last 5 days I have been over the allowance. Goal is 5 out of 7 days trying to hit this goal.

PW: 176.6 CW; 177.2 Little shock. Thought I would show a lost but ate late last night and sleeping poorly over the past week. Avg just over 4 hours. It takes its toll after a while. So this next week going to work on quality sleep.

Weigh in day Wed PW: 174.8 CW: 176.6 My body / mind is on auto pilot. When I lose some weight I correct it by getting it back. I have got to get in my mind that it is ok to lose weight.
