I eat when I'm hungry. I've found that eating just because someone says I must has the same effect as being told I have to clean my plate; it leads to overeating.

I had been staying below daily calories for a week, then added walking every day the next week. I prefer older men. My experience is they treat women better. Especially if the woman is younger.

I had that problem all my life and then I accidentally discovered (due to gel polish) that all I had to do was put a drop of cuticle or light-weight essential oil (such as jojoba, sunflower, almond, olive, etc) along my cuticles after I showered every day. Now they're strong and flexible, and my cuticles look good, too.

Eating until I'm full doesn't work because it depends on what I'm eating - chips are a perfect example.
