Just to be 100% clear - MFP uses the Fitbit's "Calories Burned" and not just steps, right? I have a Charge HR and want to make sure my workouts are being seen by MFP as opposed to just my step total. Thanks!

Mine's not working today but has worked just fine the past. I've tried all of "heybales" steps. Anyone else experiencing this today? I have a Charge HR (first version).

heybales - You bring up a very good point thank you. Probably not best/accurate to use it for the Jillian Michaels videos. Would probably work much better for T-25 (although still maybe not perfectly accurate). skinny4me2be - That's awesome! Thanks for updating me. Sounds pretty accurate to me. I think I'll use the Charge…

Also - for those not familiar with these videos it includes weight lifting, abs and cardio so my HR wasn't going to be too high during it. Will probably start T-25 next week and can post those results if anyone is interested.

I ended up doing a Jillian Michael's video with the fiance instead of T-25. But I made sure to track the workout. I think it tracked it pretty well overall and I'm happy. There were a few instances where it lost the HR (I checked a lot during the workout). I'd give it a B+ overall and, again, I'm pretty pleased with it.

Thank you for the helpful response! Looks like it can sort of be hit or miss but as long as I find the right spot on my wrist/arm it should be pretty accurate. I'll give it a shot tonight. Good luck to the others that posted in this thread. I would really appreciate to see your results if you wouldn't mind posting them.…

For some reason I'm not getting any data in the graph for "Observed and Theoretical TDEE". Any ideas how to fix this? I saw a few others post this error awhile back. Thanks!

editorgrrl - good info. Probably a dumb question but why is it bad to have your MFP burn instead of your Fitbit burn? Fitbit is much more accurate I assume?
