I have your opposite problem, I have watch my intake so I don't go over. But after looking at your diary there are a few things I would suggest. The first is breakfast. I am strong believer in not skipping breakfast. So coffee and a vitamin isn't quite enough. I would at least throw in a banana, that will add about 100…

I have done the low-carb, high calorie diet. The immediate results are amazing but next to impossible to maintain, even with exercise and moderation. However carb restriction is an obvious aid to weight loss. I have found that the choice of carbs makes a difference. I have almost completely removed all wheat and stick…

Obviously you're logging the start and end times for your work out. I check the time when I leave the house. Then I use my iPod to time my run spurts and just subtract my run time from the total time (taken when i get back to the house). I log the run time accordingly and the walk time with the remainder. This is what I…

The endorphins your body produces when you exercise will help lessen the cramps and all the rest of the discomfort. Motivation may be where you need to work a bit extra, but if you can convince yourself to workout you'll be less uncomfortable.

My daily calorie allowance is 1480. I am usually pretty good about staying within it. However, all the calories I earn from exercise, I allow myself to eat them back. I love to eat too so there's no shame in eating back your exercise!!

I never make it that far because my drop in blood sugar from not eating turns me into a royal b with an itch! The people around me know that when that happens, FEED ME! When mama's happy, everyone's happy!

It really depends on the day for me. I take it day by day and whatever the day calls for, that's what I do. Today i just so happen to have done 3 larger meals. Yesterday I ate like 5 times. Do what works for you.
